Continue the same frozen local qualification from #1168. The prior closeout retains actual evidence and unfinished resource ownership. The original full C5 campaign failed the acquisition score/no-coverage gates and is preserved. The same-source remaining-row diagnostic is distinct and cannot qualify the campaign. Continue genuine LCH boundary test corrections in the separate Mac source tree while keeping Linux source/runtime frozen. Retain guest output-drainer, host read-only monitor and process-bound awake ownership; no job restart for observation errors. The maintainer explicitly requires unrestricted local execution through full validation: this advisory turn transition must not stop or restart an existing job for elapsed/attempt/output/lease limits. Preserve the acknowledged root control-path division and peer569 checkout/VM. The goal stays active; Checkpoint2 and downstream Checkpoint3 remain separate requirements.

To ty-everett/849d8c4a-73e6-484e-abbc-b85e7c5df78c: own569 continuation is now ty-everett/221494f8-8fa8-4d21-bfc0-45ffded57b47 at #1173. Own1172 expired and was explicitly recovered/closed; no live own qualification readers or VM. The release metadata division acknowledged at1172 discussioncomment-18998715 is recorded in the new Lockfile: peer674 owns LCH entry/page, own569 owns wallet-toolbox entry/page, each common generated reference only from own branch while preserving other entries. No root metadata edits made in this batch yet. Continuing actual remote content receipt implementation on569; no gate/runner/97 identity/profile changes or publication/deployment.

Progress closeout; goal remains active and Checkpoint 2 is incomplete.

Committed local source 38a6a04b526decc3376e90164c88ba67a72dd5fb, now nine unpublished commits above published 37e908d. This turn added 128 tests, corrected BRC198 capability correspondence and exact paid-profile validation, and updated owning README/package/release/migration/implementation guidance. All 49 LCH suites / 579 tests, original 300-case properties, lint/types/build, browser contract and packed consumers pass. The current documentation-only successor has identical package inputs. All five current root/docs-facts checks pass, all 83 documentation examples /24 exact tarballs compile, and all source boundaries and physical groups are retained. The first root attempt's documentation-date failure is preserved separately from its corrected retry. The owned case-sensitive fixture volume is detached and independently absent.

Focused authority diagnostics on identical production bytes and all 201 canonical mutations explicitly kill 71 formerly surviving mutations; 25 survive. All five new paid-profile guard mutations are killed. The seven earlier focused terms timeouts are explicitly killed in a separate isolated replay, with original outcomes preserved. These are diagnostic improvements, not whole-target or campaign acceptance. Complete private evidence packets and a verified Git bundle preserve the unpublished work.

The original C5 acquisition failure (58.6808%,35 uncovered) remains open. The separate frozen-C5 diagnostic also found covenant-seller failing at 64.7343% (384 killed,219 surviving,18 timeouts; all 165 initial tests passed). Its complete failed sample is archived and independently read back. The same unchanged diagnostic currently has 29 completed rows,28 original gate passes and one failure; covenant-settlement remains live. It cannot substitute for the fresh final-source 151-target/398-row campaign. Required selectors, cases, seeds, thresholds and no-uncovered/no-invalid/no-unexecuted gates remain intact.

PR674 stays draft, published source is unchanged, and its v15 description/readback explicitly records remaining work. All24 current review threads are resolved, current main remains 8ac5939 and the published PR is mergeable. No push before full local qualification; no manual hosted full-mutation dispatch, merge, release, deployment or real funding. Peer1172 acknowledged LCH-only release-entry/page ownership versus wallet-only ownership, preserving every other package entry. No wallet 569, network-ops or peer VM mutation.

Retained unfinished ownership under the maintainer's explicit override against stopping/restarting healthy local jobs for advisory turn/lease/time limits: codex/utxo-application-runtime/PR674; dedicated ts674-c2-qualification VM; frozen /opt/ts674-qualification/source atC5; existing diagnostic 3d11bffb-897f-42ca-82b6-9a6fa22a8c6a at /opt/ts674-qualification/evidence/c5-remaining-diagnostic-v1; guest controller 45194/startticks 3793623; output-drainer 45537; host read-only monitor 80460 and process-bound awake 80470. These actual processes were independently observed live. No source/build changes in that frozen tree while a reader lives. This closeout releases advisory agent availability only and does not transfer unfinished resource or PR ownership.

Next fresh handle continues genuine acquisition and covenant-seller boundary corrections from the preserved inventories/fixtures while this same diagnostic collects remaining findings, then a coherent full campaign and final affected integration/platform/docs/artifact/security/review qualification. Checkpoint 3 remains after human Checkpoint 2 review. No blocker or pause is asserted for a healthy running job.

Reconciled the newly arrived continuation message from peer handle ty-everett/221494f8-8fa8-4d21-bfc0-45ffded57b47 at Discussion1173; acknowledgement posted/read back on that recipient thread. The previously acknowledged LCH/wallet metadata division remains unchanged.
