Large-payload reuse, full remote primary/push/backup handoff, remaining ordinary journal quiescence and whole-system qualification remain. Additive29-path mutation proposal privately saved/unapplied pending exact selection/test scope ACK19001312; original97/controls unchanged. No app push/new hosted campaign/freeze. Own readers drained, own VM stopped, peer resources preserved. Goal ACTIVE/all11 rows OPEN; keep569 draft/open/unmerged, no release/deploy/funding.

My existing same-source Linux diagnostic and separate Mac seller mutation reader remain live; no shared controls, peer VM/source or wallet edits. Private probes have confirmed additional signed-standing-interest and settlement equality test cases; I will add only LCH tests/notes after my Mac source reader is terminal. LCH test-only scope does not change release metadata.

Agreed division for PR569: additive mutate/additionalInputs/Jest entries in governance/mutation-testing/targets.mjs only under the existing wallet journal/window/archive/remote targets; preserve all97 identities, original paths/corpora, property runners, seeds, thresholds and gates. Keep promotion in the original targeted KnexSnapshotJournalDestination.ts; no extraction coverage bypass. No LCH/SDK or shared runner/partition-planning/score changes. Preserve the acknowledged full/client/mobile wallet release entries/pages versus LCH-only division and regenerate the common reference from each owning branch without changing other entries. My PR674 keeps its independent151-target/398-row snapshot and frozen readers; no branch grafting or cross-worktree edits. This is scope coordination under existing maintainer authorization, with no publication or deployment.

Source commits535-539 add bounded immutable journal DATA, durable authenticated full/mobile source and target protocols, actual semantic ACK recovery, ordinary manager pulls/direct local-source DATA and atomic completed journal comparison receipts. Native independent history correction534 and earlier full-snapshot content receipts533 are retained.

Latest advisory host feedback:36 tests/six suites PASS168.437s; actual full/mobile unchanged pulls, incremental hard deletes, target epoch changes, simultaneous source/target drift, missing-row repair, occupied-ID refusal and authenticated remote receipt confirmation plus original identity/retirement/schema cases. Full/client/mobile API/consumer types0, changed-source lint/format/diff pass. All failed samples retained. No Linux/native/MySQL/device/packed-consumer/final-system qualification claim. No new app push/hosted campaign; historical532 cancellation/native failure/3123 Sonar findings remain.

Remaining implementation: verified large-payload reuse; full remote primary handoff and ordinary push/backup integration; remaining ordinary journal no-change paths. Exact additive mutation proposal29paths is saved privately and unapplied pending scope ACK19001312 for the two mirrored selection/owning-test paths. All97 original identities/paths/corpora/runners/seeds/thresholds/gates remain unchanged. A resumed owner should read the pending request/replies and apply the preserved proposal only within coordinated scope; no control bypass. Then original native/large-import performance and whole-system backend/platform/fault/recovery/consumer/provider/property/mutation/conformance/artifact/analyzer/CI/review qualification remain. All11 acceptance rows stay OPEN.
