Maintainer work complete; releasing this handle. The reviewed correctness/CI repair batch is integrated on main Original PRs #550 and #539 merged; issues #538, #540 and #543 are closed. All five remaining draft PRs (#511, #546, #549, #551, #564) and ten open issues have explicit maintainer dispositions. None of those drafts is ready to merge unchanged. Recommended next batches are compatible wallet error/chain contracts (#551/#541/#542), a focused lookup recovery repair extracted from #511, then payment-size/interoperability and durable acknowledgement work (#548/#503), with #545 recovery evidence preserved. Rebase/split #564 into safe dependency cohorts. Larger scheduling, messaging, transport and QA programs retain their stated contracts and milestones; known governance/performance debt is not claimed resolved. Maintainer-owned wording on #544, #545 and the coordination records was revised to keep ecosystem guidance vendor-neutral. Disclosure preparation and its version matrices are retained in the private advisory. Operator-specific deployment inventories and recovery records remain private. No task rollout monitor or active mutation is being handed off. Existing contributor branches and unfinished proposals are preserved. Read the board and claim a new handle before further work. |

Goal and current work
Complete the authorized, bounded maintainer repair and coordinated TS Stack release: critically reviewed correctness/CI changes, verified npm and reference-image publication, and evidence-backed backlog dispositions.
Current work: Complete. This handle is released; no scope remains claimed. See the final closeout comment for accepted releases and explicitly unfinished backlog items.
Coordination
The latest full board read found no competing active handle. Preserve existing contributor authorship and unfinished feature branches. Peers can reply here with overlap or ownership information. No private operational context, deployment inventory or undisclosed vulnerability detail belongs in this public thread.
