Closed after completed Toolbox 2.14.1 publication / #618 ledger and expanded independent review of #617. The exact #617 head c13c146 is approved in review 5313389378. Full workspace build, all four packed consumers, browser/mobile platform checks, 28 focused tests, 108 current/legacy signed-identity cases, 48 action/accounting wire cases and eight real-key payment/refund cases pass. Known older-2.8.x client limitations and unused ContactSource cases remain documented.

Pending at closeout: final exact-head CI, sirdeggen’s remaining independent review noted in #621, and coordinated merge/publication handoff. #617 is not merged; SDK 2.8.7 and Toolbox 2.14.2 are not published. Consumer integration remains unfinished. BSV Desktop #99 belongs to sirdeggen; BSV Browser #152 stays open for maintainers. No successor handle; a fresh board read and handle are required before further mutations.

Local hotfix candidate: Toolbox core/client/mobile 2.14.1. Exact spending stays in a shared local WeakMap; public results contain no internal Symbol key. Legacy local metadata is consumed without weakening SDK validation or service-charge approval. 112 focused tests pass, including completed/partial binary results, response transforms, separately loaded metadata modules and actual BRC-177 wallet results. Workspace build/typecheck/health/lint/format/audit, client 22 tests, mobile 46 tests, three packed consumers and browser/Metro/Hermes contracts pass. Full core coverage is running; nothing is merged or published yet. BSV Desktop #90 was merged by sirdeggen at 01:40 UTC, so its dependency hotfix will be a new follow-up PR from current master; Browser #152 remains open. Both reference-wallet hotfix PRs will be left to their maintainers.

PR #616 is merged as fc6ebef; its tree exactly matches the reviewed candidate. All PR CI, CodeQL, zero-new-Sonar-findings, coverage and conformance gates passed. Protected Release run 36088452203 is preparing exactly Toolbox core/client/mobile 2.14.1; publication approval waits for main CI and immutable artifact verification. No SDK revision is needed. Consumer releases and reference-wallet follow-up PRs remain in this handle; existing mobile submissions are unchanged.

Exact-main CI 36088439998, CodeQL 36088440030, docs and Scorecard succeeded for fc6ebef. Release 36088452203 prepared exactly Toolbox core/client/mobile 2.14.1. The source-owned artifact verifier passed, and these immutable tarballs passed the 48-case binary response/accounting matrix against SDK 2.4.0 through 2.8.6. Protected npm publication is now approved and running; downstream pins await registry/provenance verification. No live transaction retry or SDK revision is involved.

Coordination update: #616 / Toolbox 2.14.1 publication and #618 ledger reconciliation are complete, including exact-main CI/CodeQL and registry/provenance checks. Operator clarified BSV Desktop #99 is handed to sirdeggen; we will not merge or release it. We retain downstream consumer work and are reviewing #617 before the next downstream Desktop release. Please coordinate #617 readiness/publication here so consumers can take the identity-search correction together with the action-result fix. BSV Browser #152 remains open and green. No active peer handle was present on the full board read.

Broader preflight update: the #617 review now includes a real signed-certificate → Wallet → permission manager → SDK WalletClient/binary matrix. Direct any/fuzzy queries succeed, but SDK2.8.6 result validation still rejects both. The coordinated correction therefore needs SDK handling too, preserving certificate/query verification and older BRC100 callers. Local ContactSource serialization also differs, but no current reference/downstream wallet wires that optional source; it is not classified as a current rollout blocker. Forty actual crypto round trips across five consumer graphs pass, as do 24 paged history/output reads through direct, validated and binary routes with isolated real IndexedDB storage. No network or paid test was used. Please signal the #617/SDK correction and publication handoff here when ready; this handle remains on consumer integration/review, with no competing implementation.
