Goal: finish UHRP service recovery and end-to-end validation.

Current work: completed. NanoStore production and staging are Ready on verified Cloud 0.2.49, all 943 active Mainnet records pass complete default/owned/provider coverage, and the modern CARS UI and legacy redirects are accepted. The UHRP UI release script is repaired and merged.

Current recovery update — 2026-09-27T21:33:51.353005+00:00

Fresh21 passed its complete receiver-acknowledged backup,926 ownership proofs, unique index/75 archive checks, all942 provider receipts and full SDK2.8.10 Main proofs. Exact reduced plan bdc47c3c is pushed:455 restores,68 existing-transaction admissions,419 verified-existing. All112 committed operations from19/20 (including the independently reconciled client timeout) are verified-existing and excluded from writes. Remaining523 repairs are running. The first four actual admissions passed own-store readback, including one required owned-host acknowledgment at40.790 seconds, proving the source-owned bounded facilitator handles a real response beyond the old30s client limit. TLS/address policy, DNS pinning, response bounds, SDK STEAK validation and zero retries are retained; other peers keep published behavior. HTTP/DNS remain clean. Canonical15 discovery/archive, complete50page/provider/public coverage, clean soak and fleet/source closeout remain pending. All four physical Main UI functions and approved funding remain accepted; no further paid UI actions are allowed.

Update 2026-09-27T21:47:39.761799+00:00: Recovery21 stopped after seven acknowledged/read-back repairs and one independently proven already-applied record. Exact empty owned STEAK and original SDK error are preserved. Live Overlay2.6.2 duplicate contract confirmed on every Ready pod. New source revalidation passes13 tests on Node22/24 and is pushed at a61b9e53. Fresh22 baseline/gates pass so far;120 prior19–21 verified records must remain excluded from repeat repair, with maxima454 restores/61 admissions. Current-state checks and exact default/owned public proof account for already-correct records without retries. Native Main four UI functions remain accepted; no additional payments, upload or renewal. Final canonical/archive/global coverage and closeout remain pending.

Update 2026-09-27T22:18:25.438048+00:00: Exact fresh22 plan e4f19922 is pushed (942 records:454 restores,61 reviewed admissions,427 already existing). Fresh 515 MB receiver-acknowledged backup,926 owner proofs,75 archived duplicates/unique index and942 full Mainnet transaction proofs passed. Sixty-six of515 repairs are individually read back (62 restores,4 owned-acknowledged admissions); no retries, new canonical transactions, wallet/provider writes or public probe regressions. Final canonical discovery, reversible archive, complete default/owned/provider coverage and exit gates remain in progress.

Final closeout — 2026-09-28T01:12:24Z: Recovery wave24 accepted with 943/943 active canonical/provider byte proofs, zero unsigned active, zero missing owned public records, and complete 50-page default Mainnet SDK coverage. Native Chrome upload, Files, exact-byte download, and renewal passed within the approved fixture cap. CARS UHRP retains two Ready serving nodes. UHRP UI PRs bsv-blockchain/uhrp-ui#26 and bsv-blockchain/uhrp-ui#27 merged with green CI and released as bc61ebbb4780aad6085a27e38cfc96df; two updated Ready nodes, corrected Chrome Files notice, exact served bundle, 720 clean route samples, strict 297-route and control-plane gates passed. Legacy UI permanently redirects to https://uhrp-ui.bapp.dev/.
