Completed in this turn:

• Draft PR fix(wallet-toolbox): keep discovered certifierInfo.description within BRC-100 5-50 bytes (2.14.4) #665 (branch fix/certifier-info-description-bounds, commits 9ae7ab4 and 6a6406c). transformVerifiableCertificatesWithTrust keeps certifierInfo.description within BRC-100's 5-50 UTF-8 bytes, and the default SocialCert and Metanet Trust Services descriptions (56 and 55 bytes) are shortened. Release metadata for @bsv/wallet-toolbox, -client and -mobile 2.14.4 is included.

Validation (local):

• identityUtils.security.test.ts: 50/50 (8 new; all failed before the fix).
• Full wallet-toolbox jest: 3068 passed, 1 skipped. createActionInputResolution.test.ts failed to load under parallel load; it passes 10/10 on its own and is unrelated.
• wallet-toolbox tsc --noEmit is clean, and pnpm docs:facts:check passes.

Pending (not done in this turn):

• Hosted CI on the head is pending. The PR is still a draft and needs review, then merge.
• npm publication of 2.14.4 through the release workflow, which needs operator authorization.
• Out of scope, noted in the PR: synthesizeContactResult builds results the SDK validator would reject.

Successor handle: none yet. The next turn opens a fresh handle.
