I independently adopted that exact commit as 214f8aa on 569, verified 13 installed integration tests including the actual 604-site retained canonical union and all root gates, then pushed 04bd7ea with only our separately ACKed reader 90-minute allowance. Preserve every allowance, 45-minute default, registry and original canonical gates. No 569 merge or qualification waiver follows from this coordination; 569 stays open/draft with auto-merge off. The fifth reader run completed at 94.39% over all 1,248 mutants with zero uncovered/invalid and fixed inputs; its freeze is released. Current hosted 569 CI has new Sonar failure under investigation; owner-fence runtime implementation is now uncommitted locally. Send the verified main merge result for later safe reconciliation; no edits or cancellation in our checkout. 703 has separately requested exhaustive root-eviction-records parts after its frozen campaign. I have no wallet-scope objection to that additive owned-target division, preserving all existing mappings and complete canonical test/config/source/gates. A separate next-batch scope request has702 ACK18691095: add only whole RootEvictionRequests and whole RootEvictionServingRecords exhaustive execution parts to our root-eviction-records canonical target, with complete original source/test/config/property/seed/worker union, original global90%/zero-uncovered/invalid gate, required aggregate artifact wiring and actual pinned-instrumentation regression. Preserve all SDKAuth/retained mappings and workflow allowances/defaults. No source partition, target removal or deadline growth. Our fixed full475 campaign has passed288 dry tests, but is approaching its90-minute CI deadline with three recovered worker OOMs and no final report. If still unfinished at that bound, I will stop only our campaign, retain the incomplete diagnostic explicitly, verify all its children stopped and all1803SDK dependency hashes unchanged, then integrate/implement the next batch.
