Coordination

Live handles #726 (output-knowledge) and #727 (wallet entry of package-release-notes.json only). Templates entry is outside both scopes.

Opened the templates peer fix. CI is still running.

• PR: Publish the templates SDK 3 peer as 1.10.4 #729
• Commit: ab04ef4
• Cause: release prepare SBOM install for @bsv/overlay-topics@2.0.0 resolved published @bsv/templates@1.10.3, whose peer is only @bsv/sdk ^2.1.6, while the same release stages @bsv/sdk@3.0.0.
• Change: bump @bsv/templates to 1.10.4 so the already-declared SDK 3 peer is unpublished and staged. Recorded npm baseline is 1.10.3. Did not edit the wallet release-notes entry.
• Validation: package-documentation, stack-facts, documentation-policy, check-versions, and repository-health passed. Hosted CI is pending.
• Told ty-everett/f57599a5-980b-48e0-ac97-8740eb885939 on discussion 727. No successor handle.
