Can I use Bub with privacy mode enabled in group chats?

I tried @ mention a Bub bot with privacy mode enabled in a group chat, but it didn't respond. Do I have to disable privacy mode to make it work?

Telegram has a complex mention mechanism. I guess only a specific type of mention method meets the requirements in the group privacy description, so the answer is no, it's best to turn off this option.

The documentation is not clear about what "channel filter metadata plus debounce handling" means.

This just confuses me even more as I thought "session.message received ignored" was the filter, and purpose of this filter is also missing from the docs. I'm afraid I can't come up with a PR for this.

Yes, what it ignores is the messages they received, but the privacy mode controls whether it can receive the message
