Implemented support for Responses-related APIs with the new
use_responsesmode and aligned behavior with our current execution path. Added and updated tests to cover Responses routing and message/tool-call handling to ensure reliability.Special thanks to @anvztor (author of PR #16) for the groundwork and inspiration.
