What's changed

  • derive added and context diff surfaces from toolSuccessBg
  • derive removed diff surfaces from toolErrorBg
  • keep explicit diffTheme, diffColors, and env overrides unchanged
  • document the new auto-derive behavior in the README

Why

This makes write and edit previews match paired success/error tool backgrounds more naturally on custom Pi themes, especially when toolSuccessBg and toolErrorBg are intentionally distinct.
