server takes forever to connect to the component port

20 minutes? Ouch. I wonder what is causing that.

With prosody it takes no longer than a couple of hundred milliseconds, even when running on a separate box.

Fixed after the changes from #238. Tested in the integration server - it took 284ms to come up.
