[BUG] Endpoint modal overflow

Bug description:

All Create/Edit Endpoint modals in both API Registry and Service Module go out of bounds on the right side by default. The modal content/menu width exceeds the available modal container space, causing UI overflow and partially hidden content.

This issue affects all endpoint creation and editing flows that use the shared endpoint modal structure.

Expected behavior:

All Create/Edit Endpoint modals should be wide enough to fully accommodate the current menu/content width without overflowing outside the visible modal area.

The modal should remain fully visible and usable on supported screen sizes without horizontal clipping or hidden content.

• All Create Endpoint modals use updated modal width
• All Edit Endpoint modals use updated modal width
• Modal content remains fully visible within bounds
• No horizontal overflow occurs by default
