Service UI cleanup

This pull request primarily focuses on improving the user experience in the services and API registry tables by making service and endpoint names clickable for easier navigation and editing. It also includes UI adjustments and code cleanup, such as removing the export button and updating localization text.

UI/UX Improvements:

• Made the service name in the ServicesTable clickable, styled as a link, and navigates to the service edit page when clicked. (GUI/src/components/ServicesTable/columns.tsx)
• Updated the endpoint name in the ApiRegistryTable to be clickable, styled as a link, and triggers the edit action without propagating the click event. (GUI/src/pages/ApiRegistryPage/ApiRegistryTable.tsx)

UI Adjustments:

• Increased the width of the service name column for better readability. (GUI/src/components/ServicesTable/columns.tsx)
• Changed the alignment of action buttons in the services table from "around" to "start" for improved layout consistency. (GUI/src/components/ServicesTable/columns.tsx)

Code Cleanup and Localization:

• Removed the export button column in the services table, removing the export functionality from the UI for now. (GUI/src/components/ServicesTable/columns.tsx)
• Simplified the API registry page title in the Estonian localization file. (GUI/src/i18n/et/common.json)
