Reconcile with Eternicode's latest release

We're currently not planning to update this repo right now. Our own internal fork has diverged a bit from what's in this repo adding timezone support, but it's not currently in a state that we could confidently push to this repo. Sorry about that!

@djfarrelly Bummer. I'm still going to try to implement it anyways in my project. Is it possible to obtain the custom CSS for the date picker? I've loaded up Eternicode's CSS but there appears to be a number of missing classes (e.g. chzn-select), specifically around the time picker. I could simply create it from scratch, but would rather just plug in what you have in the Buffer app if possible. Thanks!
