Bridge - Initial version of listener

Basic functionality:

• Listen emited events from Ethereum smart contract
• Listen emited events from Stellar smart contract
• Store state of previous events
• Validate that all events has been stored and transactions are succesfull
• Emit events to Ethereum smart contract
• Emit events to Stellar smart contract
• Auto approval functionality with delay to be able reject transaction manually
• Authentification functionality
