#5 <--- this is a nice prototype, but it is useful with "text only" pdfs. And still have issues with formatting.
I've run experiments and it's possible to have buttery smooth pdf rendering as image in kitty-based terminals.
The challenge is iterm and sixel. They do not allow efficient updates and would require full re-rendering on scrolling.
Even with tiling, it is still laggy at best, glitch-y at worst.
