Divider MD3 Expressive Refactor

@tinybigui/react

  • Divider — slot-based CVA architecture; background-fill styling (bg-outline-variant) matching @material/web; --md-divider-thickness CSS custom property (default 1px); logical RTL insets (ms-* / me-*); DividerHeadless simplified

Breaking changes

  • label prop removed from Divider — the subheader variant (text centered between two rules) was not part of the MD3 divider spec
  • Inset variants now use logical inline properties instead of physical margins — visual change only in RTL layouts

  • Version bump aligned with @tinybigui/react v0.12.0
