[form builder]: direction: horizontal style not applied for 1 column layout

As I can't reopen this issue directly.

direction:horizontal, columns:no selection results in a 2 column layout, which works
direction:horizontal, columns:1 shows items vertically, so at the moment no way to show all items in one line (and breaking / moving to next line if not enough space) (like flex-direction / flex-wrap)

This is what you are expecting here right?
Auto option by default instead of 2 columns.
