Powershell error during mount

Hello, I have successfully upgraded a Lenovo laptop to Win 11 with no problems but when I tried to do the same on an HP laptop i can't get beyond a message that comes up just after its says that the CPU is OK and mounting ISO.
"Powershell error during mount. The string is missing the terminator.'. + Category info ParserError:(:) ParentContainsErrorRecordException. " I have tried mounting the ISO file and reinstalled FlyOOBE and the ISO file but keep getting the same response. Any suggestions please? Thqanks
