FlyOOBE is back, but this time much smaller, clearer and less interested in rebuilding half of Windows

Version 3.0 turns the old page-heavy setup assistant into a native, signature-driven Windows checklist. It shows what is currently configured, what differs from the recommendations and lets you change only the things you actually care about.

Personal choices are not judged, red does not mean broken, and nothing happens without confirmation.

• [Improved] Theme changes are sent to Windows immediately without requiring an Explorer restart
• [Improved] Better scaling and layouts for high-DPI displays and longer translated text
• [Improved] The codebase is split into small views and services, while the configuration stays outside the executable wherever possible

Bug Fixes

• [Changed] FlyOOBE no longer tries to become another giant Windows optimizer
• [Changed] Heavy features already handled well by Windows now open the matching native Windows workflow
• [Changed] Recommendations, app catalogs, bloatware signatures and upgrade limits live in separate editable data files
• [Changed] Imported recipes stage their choices first, so they can be reviewed before anything is applied
• [Changed] Unchecked recipe entries can restore their Windows defaults instead of silently being ignored
• [Changed] The Windows 11 upgrader is completely isolated and can be removed later without touching the rest of FlyOOBE
• [Fixed] Several designer, localization and navigation issues found during the FlyOOBE 3.0 rebuild

FlyOOBE 3.0 does not replace Windows Setup. It gives you a shorter route through it

The old Nightly build and Flyby11 Classic are no longer distributed separately. The Flyby11 upgrade path is built directly into FlyOOBE.
