[Feature]: Unified Inbox for Group Accounts #328

Description

Problem / Motivation

Currently, the Layout → Unified Mailbox option is only shown when two or more accounts are logged in to Bulwark webmail. However, if a user is logged in with a single account that has Stalwart group account access, i.e. a Shared Inbox folder is present, the option does not appear, even though a unified view would be equally useful in this scenario.

Additionally, group accounts are not currently supported in the unified inbox at all: even when logged in with two accounts and Unified Mailbox is enabled, shared inboxes belonging to group accounts are excluded from the unified view.

Proposed Solution

Two related improvements are requested:

  1. Show the Unified Mailbox option for single-account users who have group account (shared inbox) access, not only when multiple personal accounts are logged in.

  2. Include group/shared inboxes in the unified inbox view, with a dedicated opt-in toggle — separate from the existing cross-account unification setting — so users who do not want group inboxes mixed into their unified view are not affected.

These two types of shared inbox serve distinct use cases and should remain independently configurable:

  • Cross-account: merging multiple personal accounts logged in simultaneously.
  • Group account: surfacing delegated/shared mailboxes (e.g. a team inbox) accessible via a single logged-in account.
