Improved entry sorting stability

Handle sorting entries with a missing title: buttercup/buttercup-desktop#1217

Shrinking tags

Vault tabs now shrink instead of overflow+scroll.

Tab status and menu

Tabs can now display an "availability" status icon, and now also support context menus.
