Do all testing and deployments for the 2020-09 buttonweavers.com prod release.

Everything in the PR inbox is labelled "incomplete", so it seems like a good time to kick off a prod release and get recent things out to the site.

Okay, check out the staging site, and complain about anything complainy.

Incidentally, i had to fix ui/js/Config.1600741466.js by hand --- it's because the sed commands in ./modules/buttonmen/manifests/init.pp don't include the follow-links flag.
