PyPi version and GitHub Different

I use PyPi and Pip in my docker to download the current release. On this GitHub repo it is tagged as 2.3.0, but on PyPI, it is tagged as 2.3.1. Just wanted to let you know!

That's a mistake in the version name in pymlst/version.py (2.3.1) instead of 2.3.0 as the tag/release name!

Thanks for this information, I would make the correction on the next release!
