This release marks the repository snapshot accompanying the companion paper on RandomMeas.jl to be published in Quantum (arXiv link https://arxiv.org/abs/2509.12749).
Only minimal updates were made to selected example notebooks to ensure full consistency with the plots shown in the paper. No substantive package/API changes are associated with this snapshot compared to the intial release of version v0.3.1.
