• brainpalace update restarts running servers + the dashboard. After a successful upgrade, update now detects every running per-project server (from the global registry) and the control-plane dashboard, and offers to restart them so they load the new code — prompt defaults to yes; --yes auto-confirms; --no-restart keeps the old manual-hint behavior. Each project server is bounced with --no-dashboard so the dashboard restarts exactly once.
