The PR aims at fixing the broken links reported as warnings by
mdbook serve.I changed the link to the
example-hostrepo tohttps://github.com/bytecodealliance/component-docs/blob/main/component-model/examples/example-host/instead of itsREADME.mdfile. I think it makes it clearer that this is a independent repo.
