go: include version in interface name if needed

A WIT world can import and/or export multiple versions of the same interface, in which case the code generator should include the versions in the package names to disambiguate them. The Go generator doesn't do this yet.

Extra credit for allowing the user to override the generated name(s) like we do in the C generator.

@dicej I'm worried that I'm misunderstanding what this issue is requesting. Consider the following WIT files:

The following packages are generated from this:

• wasi_test_0_1_0_exported_interface
• wasi_test_0_2_0_exported_interface

The generated packages already include the versions. Is there something I'm missing?
