Add legend to gauge

By default legend is hidden, but I need to show legend with info to user, such as threshold points.
Something like that. Is posible?

Now c3 does not support such a legend, so you need to build legend by yourself. I think it's possible to write html and css according to the threshold settings like threshold values and colors.
