Use F# to generate site

This isn't strictly necessary but it might be cool to use F# to power the site. I think one of the following could be a good option:

Hi Harsha,
Agreed, it would be cool! For the moment, all we needed was a basic page, anything beyond that would have been a bit overkill, but as we get fancier, this is likely to happen :)
And thanks for the pointers, I didn't know of tilde!
