The standalone CI has no lockfile, so it resolved the test toolchain fresh
(esbuild 0.28.x / vitest 4.1.9) whose decorator transform intermittently
emits 'SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token' on the decorator-using suites
(container, schedule-*) — green locally on the pinned 0.27.7/4.1.6, red on CI.
Pin esbuild/vite/vitest via pnpm.overrides (only applied when ream is the
install root, i.e. CI; the monorepo workspace is unaffected).
