Crash: Attempt to invoke interface method 'int java.util.Collection.size()' on a null object reference

While exploits are loading in.. Here's the crash. Possible race condition? Will have to check it out.

This is w/new msf stuff rebased over origin/develop

Checking for null in MsfExploit will fix this, but I think @tux-mind should take a look at the more underlying cause since he's playing with this area at the moment.

That said, at least that branch rebases nicely with develop ;)
