Fleet field fixes from the first real engine --all run: the engine raises RLIMIT_NOFILE toward 8192 at startup (in-process compiles + N tailers exhausted macOS's 256-fd default, surfacing as sqlite "unable to open database file" storms), and a systemic tick failure logs one traceback plus a suppressed count instead of one per tracked file; the session tailer persists its sweep floor so restarts resume in seconds instead of re-sweeping the full Codex history, and announces cold/warm sweeps; six newer Claude Code transcript row types (last-prompt, queue-operation, …) are known-benign and unknown types warn once per process; each pipeline run logs pipeline starting so long compiles never look like hangs. The README and all seven language mirrors were rewritten for the current feature set.
