Display Hyprland special windows above quickshell?

As title mentions.

Example of a special window,

workspace = special:process-monitor, on-created-empty:$myTerminal -e btop
windowrule = match:workspace special:process-monitor, float on, size (monitor_w*0.95) (monitor_h*0.95), move (monitor_w*0.025) (monitor_h*0.025)
bind = $hypr, s, togglespecialworkspace, process-monitor

For visual, this is what special windows (with specific dimensions) show up as:

Maybe I should move this into issues, since it feels like this is a bug and not intentional.

So what exactly is the issue? All windows go underneath the shell, no matter whether that are on a special workspace or not.

How an I make it so that the windows don't do that? Because a portion of the special windows are being hidden and I find that annoying ngl.
