Point Who-Sees-What companion link at this org's Pages site (now enabled)
Users, Roles & Access Control: link the rendered visual companion The prose page had no pointer to the role matrix / permission flowcharts that were written as its companion (docs/guide/authorization.html, published via GitHub Pages). Linking the fork-hosted copy, which is live now, rather than waiting on Pages being enabled for this organisation.
Access control: editor test-submit now applies to web, API, and viva start; disabled membership grants no role (rev 1996)

Add "Users, Roles & Access Control" page Reference for the authorization model: global admin vs per-group Member/Reporter/Editor roles, and the three visibility switches (Problem available, Group enabled, GroupProblem enabled), with an effect matrix and a "why is my report empty?" section.
