TelegramClient for Kotlin Multiplatform

Kotlin Multiplatform Telegram Bot API client on top of the Ktor HttpClient. Published to Maven Central as pw.binom.telegram:telegramClient.

TelegramClient is AutoCloseable. If you already maintain your own HttpClient, hand it to TelegramClient.wrap(http, token = "…") instead.
