Summary

  • promote StimulusDecode2D to the nonlinear CIF decoding path instead of the regression fallback
  • add MATLAB-backed nonlinear CIF and PPDecodeFilter fixtures plus packaging for sympy
  • tighten parity audits so notebook and class fidelity reports match runtime behavior
