Is your proposal related to a problem?

Problem 1. I regularly get meeting requests, and the person requesting will then go on to reschedule multiple times or rescheule at the last minute. As I plan my day with meetings in blocks and focus time when not meeting people, this has the effect of creating ineffective gaps between meetings. This is behaviour that does not happen nearly as often when meetings are manually arranged.

Problem 2. I intend to use Cal for paid consulting meetings or meetings where I gift consulting/advisory time. These are meetings that I generally will not be alllow to reschedule, apart from in rare circumstances and that require contacting me.

Describe the solution you'd like

In priortiry order:

1. Option to not allow rescheduling or cancelling via Cal within x hours
2. Option to not allow rescheduling or cancelling at all via Cal
3. Oprion to require 'reason' when rescheduling (so as to discourage multiple reschedule)
4. Option to customise CTA in the meeting text or on the event page in Cal to 'contact' to reschedule/cancel

Describe alternatives you've considered

#15647 would solve the majority of this if implemented as it mirrors myu solution no. 1 above.
