fix(cal-video): make toggle switch visible in mic settings

What does this PR do?

• Fixes [UI] Toggle switch background on cal video page > mic setting (Reduce mic noise toggle) becomes invisible #15006
• Change Daily.co theme accent color from white to dark gray so toggle
  background contrasts with white thumb when enabled.
