Ported tgoeswall from python to bash, and changed some funcionalities.

Now the script tgoeswall is responsible to download the images, to apply the image you will have to call feh outside the script.

A service will be created to call tgoeswall every 10 minutes, to download the image and to apply as wallpaper.
