Audiobookshelf integration

ABS has very specific requirements regarding directory structure, and I wonder what you all are using to automatically move audiobooks from Shelfmark into ABS?

I too am having trouble understanding this. Right now I have to go to my audiobooks download location qbittorrent/downloads/audiobooks
And manually move each audiobook to my abs library. I don't know if that's just the expected behavior for abs users or not. But with shelfmark configured with prowlarr and prowlarr attached to myanonamouse shelfmark does search, find, and ultimately download audiobooks, but I can't figure out if it can or even is designed to rename and move said audiobooks to my abs library directory. I've tried messaging around with the volumes in the docker compose and adding a remote mapping in shelfmark, advanced, but nothing has been successful. I just get errors in the history/activity section about not being able to find the paths and adding the remote mapping in shelfmark, advanced. If it's not intended to perform this functionality, I'm fine with it because it is such a god send from the manual way I had to acquire audiobooks before. But I'd at least like to know if it's my config issue or a feature issue? Many thanks 🙏

I have since installed Read Me A Book for Audiobooks and use Shelfmark only for ebooks.

Hi, all the options exist to create the directory structure you might need for ABS. It's under Settings > Downloads.

Interesting, I only see Books in my Download settings, not Audiobooks.

Sounds like you're set to Direct search mode. Audiobook support is available when using Universal

Curiouser and curiouser, it was set to Universal via ENV (SEARCH_MODE=Universal in my docker compose). When I deleted that line and set it manually in the Shelfmark UI, I finally saw the audiobook options :D Thanks @alexhb1!!

Ah that may be due to case sensitivity, it'll only accept direct or universal all lower-case
