Added hotkey activation!
You can now bring up the dock anytime with TAB+D and interact with the icons by pressing the initial letter of their name.
Allow setting custom hotkey for icon by adding 'Hotkey#' value (ex: Hotkey3=UP), if there is conflict, your custom hotkey will always be prioritized.
When making changes to list file (changing icon name or setting custom hotkey), you must update skin meters and hotkey by right clicking the skin and choose "Update meters & hotkey"
Fixes:
Highlight icon interacted with hotkey.
Timer will not executed when opening dock or using hotkey.
Timer only executed when mouse exit dock.
Add Escape hotkey to close subdock.
