Port dogfood skill from agent-browser to agent-device

Context

We currently have a “dogfood” skill built on top of Vercel Labs’ agent-browser skill:
• https://skills.sh/vercel-labs/agent-browser/dogfood 

We want to switch this over so the same “dogfood” workflow runs against mobile devices (iOS/Android) using agent-device instead.
