Summary
Make MCP a discovery-only status handoff for the agent-device CLI, exposing only the status tool and removing MCP help/install/prompts/resources.
Update README, website docs, CLI help, and server metadata to say automation runs through the CLI and installs should be human-approved.

Validation
Verified with focused MCP router tests, CLI help tests, typecheck, MCP metadata check, and the full tooling bundle. pnpm check:tooling passed after lint, typecheck, metadata validation, and build.
Touched 11 files; scope stayed within MCP routing/catalog, smoke tests, CLI help, docs, and server metadata.
