test: resolver cases

Summary

This PR adds a new package with resolver cases, for testing actual scenarios found within the ecosystem with our resolver preset. Included in this PR:

• - asset resolution tests
• - platform resolution tests
• - package exports tests

3 tests in Package Exports tests are marked as failing since they will be fixed in #1185
