Summary
Drop retired hosted-runtime/public runtime entrypoints and remove their dedicated supportive modules/tests.
Move packaged process-only entries under
dist/src/internalwhile keeping CLI, daemon, companion tunnel, and update-check launch paths working with legacy fallback resolution where stale dist files may exist.Remove the now-unreachable hosted command router/catalog implementation and router-only tests.
Update installed-package checks, typed-client docs, and command ownership docs for the reduced public API.
