Rename packages

[kraenhansen]

• react-native-node-api-modules becomes react-native-node-api (both repo and host package) and will register the react-native-node-api bin, called when auto-linking and downloading in Hermes.
• react-native-node-api-cmake becomes cmake-rn (to signal it's relatedness to cmake-js).
• gyp-to-cmake is kept as-is and will register the gyp-to-cmake bin.
• ferric-cli is kept as-is and will register the the ferric bin.
