[Bug]: Randomly pop-up for Unsaved Changes

Bug Description

I could not find a pattern for that. If I open the task details popup and try to close it without saving, it throws that "unsaved changes" popup. Randomly, it happens.
Even I did not touch anything, in many cases I see that disturbing pop-up.

just adding comment that I have also seen this. Similar happens if, after opening the task details, you then try to open the task note instead of just closing the popup.

I also see this popup when I try to click outside the modal, without saving or clicking on the "x" button.

Tbh I would prefer to be able to disable it altogether or maybe to set a default behavior for unsaved changes. The popup is constantly getting in the way and is very annoying.
