[Bug]: Projects suggestion tags filtering is not returning results

Bug Description

This has a similar title as issue #1378 but seems like a different issue.

Problem

In the settings under Task Properties when setting Auto-suggest Filters Required Tags to project nothing is being suggested.
But if I set the Required Property Key to tags and the Required Property Value to the same project I get the expected autosuggestions from notes tagged project
